Common Questions & Important Information

See some common questions and answers below, or call us at (912)352-9926

  • Do I need an appointment for tattoos/piercings?

We take walk-ins on a first come first serve basis for both tattoos and piercings. However, we do schedule appointments for tattoos if needed. This is typically required for larger or more detailed tattoos.

  • Can you pierce/tattoo a minor?

    Tattoos:

According to our state health code regulations: "In accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 16-5-71, no person under the age of eighteen shall be tattooed." This is a state-wide law, with no exceptions for parental consent.

    Piercings:

We currently offer select piercings on minors:

    14 and up can get:

Nostril, lip, eyebrow, septum, and ear piercings.

    16 and up can get:

All piercings mentioned above and navel piercings.

Minors need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent needs their ID, the child's birth certificate, and some form of ID for the child (passport, permit, state ID). In the case of legal guardianship or adpotive parents, we also need the guardianship papers or adoption papers. We are required by the health department to collect that documentation, so there are no exceptions! We will not offer any inner oral piercings, cheek piercings, nipple and genitalia piercings, or surface piercings on minors. Only the minor to be pierced and the parent who signed the consent form will be allowed in the piercing room. No other children will be allowed in the shop other than the minor to be pierced.

  • Can I have a guest in the room with me while receiving a service?

Whether or not a guest is allowed in the room is completely up to the artist whose room it is.

Some artists are fine with a guest, however our piercers do not allow guests in the room.

  • Appointment/Deposit Policy

The following is in regards to tattoos ONLY:

    - Appointments require a deposit.

    - The deposit holds you in a date & time, covers drawing time for the artist, and lets us know you are serious about this appointment. The deposit cost goes towards the final tattoo cost.

    - Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    - If you need to reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required to hold your deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled once and must be rescheduled within 30 days. If exceeded, the deposit will be forfeited.

    - If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may have to wait or be rescheduled. Please call the shop to let us know if you are running late.

    - Deposit allows for one minor edit of your design. If you change your design completely, you will be required to pay another deposit.

    - If your tattoo is multi-sessions, your deposit will be credited on your final session.

  • What is your shop minimum? Hourly rate?

Our minimum price for tattoos is $100. Hourly rate is $180. Whether or not a tattoo will be at a fixed rate or an hourly rate is up to the artist.

  • Do you take card payments?

While cash is definitely preferred, we can take card payments. We do also have ATM's inside if needed.

  • What are your general rules and regulations?

*The following rules are health codes that were put in place by the Health Department*

Customers can't bring food or drink inside the shop.

Customers must wear shoes inside the shop.

    No smoking or vaping inside.

No spit cups or bottles inside the shop.

No animals may come inside the shop other than medical alert service dogs. Emotional support dogs are not permitted entry.

  • Can I bring in my own jewelry for piercings?

We will not use outside jewelry for a fresh piercing. Jewelry needs to be a certain size, length, and weight in order for your piercing to heal properly. The jewelry that we use for fresh piercings has the correct criteria for proper healing and for accommodating swelling.

Our jewelry has also been properly sterilized before hand using an Autoclave.

If your piercing is fully healed and you need help changing it, you can bring in outside jewelry.
